4. Contractors Review & Respond
Invited contractors can submit bids, request more info, or schedule on-site visits—all through the platform.
All communication is documented and transparent. Booked Services Pro facilitates but does not supervise.
5. Compare Bids & Select
Review up to 3 bids with notes, assumptions, and follow-up questions.
The platform does not recommend or rank bids—you choose based on your preferences.
6. Booking Confirmed
Once you select a contractor, the project is booked and timeline tracking begins.
The service agreement is between you and the contractor—Booked Services Pro coordinates.
7. Project Tracking
Status updates, messages, and scope changes are logged throughout the project.
Any scope changes must be documented—contractor explains, homeowner acknowledges.
8. Completion & Records
Contractor marks complete, you confirm, and all records are archived for future reference.
Records remain available for dispute reference, repeat work, and improved future estimates.
